Refund & Returns Policy

Print Sphere provides custom-printed products. Because many items are made to order, returns and refunds depend on the situation explained below.

1. Made-to-Order / Custom Items

Customised items (printed with your requested text, artwork, or design) are generally non-returnable for “change of mind” reasons, because they are produced specifically for you.

2. When You Can Request a Replacement or Refund

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • the item arrives damaged in transit
  • the delivered item is significantly different from the approved proof (e.g., wrong design printed)
  • there is a manufacturing/printing defect (e.g., major misprint, major placement error)

Important: Minor variations can occur due to screen-to-print differences, material texture, and printing methods. Slight colour differences are not always considered a defect.

3. How to Report an Issue

To report a problem, contact us at info@printsphere.store with:

  • your order reference (if available)
  • clear photos/videos of the issue (including packaging if damaged)
  • a short description of the problem

Please report issues as soon as possible after delivery so we can investigate quickly.

4. Resolution Options

After review, we may offer one of the following (depending on the case):

  • replacement of the affected item(s)
  • reprint of the affected item(s)
  • partial refund (for affected items only)
  • full refund (in rare cases where replacement is not possible)

We decide the appropriate resolution based on evidence, order details, and feasibility.

5. Proof Approval Responsibility

If you approved the proof/mockup, you confirm:

  • spelling, layout, placement, and design are correct

We are not responsible for errors that were visible in the approved proof (e.g., typos in your submitted text).

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.

7. Returns (If Approved)

If a return is required, we will share return instructions. Do not return items without contacting us first, as unapproved returns may not be processed.

8. Shipping Costs

If the issue is due to our error or a confirmed defect, we will handle the resolution appropriately. For non-defect reasons (where applicable), shipping costs may not be refundable.
