Quotes are based on the details you provide (quantity, artwork, print area, dispatch location, and timeline). Final price is confirmed before payment. Quotes may change if requirements change (e.g., new design, extra print areas, urgent dispatch).

3. Proofs and Customer Approval

Production begins only after you approve the proof (unless otherwise agreed). You are responsible for verifying spelling, placement, sizing, and design content. Print Sphere is not responsible for mistakes present in an approved proof.

4. Colour Variation and Print Output

Printed colours may look slightly different from on-screen previews due to device screens, materials, and print methods. We aim for consistent output based on the approved proof and selected method.

5. Customer Artwork and Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the rights to use it.

We may refuse printing content that appears:

• illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or harmful
• infringing copyrights or trademarks
• misleading or fraudulent

6. Order Timelines and Delivery

Dispatch and delivery timelines depend on product type, order volume, production workload, and destination. Any estimated timelines are not guarantees unless explicitly agreed in writing. Shipping delays by couriers are outside our direct control.

7. Payments

Payment terms will be shared at checkout or during confirmation. Production typically begins after payment (or as agreed).

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Please review it before ordering.

2. Website Use

You agree not to:

• misuse the website
• attempt unauthorised access
• upload malicious content
• submit fraudulent orders or stolen artwork

10. Limitation of Liability

• delays caused by couriers or events outside our control
• customer errors in approved proofs or submitted data
