All products sold on our website are customized and made-to-order based on the design, text, images, or specifications provided by the customer.

Due to the personalized nature of these products, returns and refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns / Replacement

We only accept return or replacement requests under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged or defective
• The product delivered is incorrect (wrong item, design, or size)

To be eligible:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• You must provide clear photo/video proof of the issue
• The product must be unused and in original condition

3. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer returns or refunds in the following situations:

• Incorrect design, text, or image provided by the customer
• Minor color variation due to screen/display differences
• Change of mind after order confirmation
• Delay caused by courier/logistics partners
• Incorrect address provided by the customer

4. Replacement Process

• Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate a replacement order at no additional cost
• Replacement timelines may vary depending on production and delivery location

5. Refund Process

Refunds are issued only in cases where:

• Replacement is not feasible, or
• The issue cannot be resolved

If approved:

• Refund will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before production begins
• Once customization/printing has started, cancellation is not allowed

7. Return Shipping

• In approved cases, we may arrange reverse pickup or provide return instructions
• Do not ship products back without confirmation from our support team
